SESSION DETAILS

Thank you for choosing EvieK Images to "Capture Your Life in Motion".  EvieK Image's schedule of availability can be viewed by clicking the “Book a Shoot” tab.  

Sessions are done on location within the Baton Rouge metro area*

 

Portrait Session {$150} - This session may be used for Individuals, Models, and Couples.  Includes a 1 hour session at the location of your choice (*within the Baton Rouge metro area), up to 3 outfit changes, a 14-day password protected online gallery (approximately 15-20 edited images) 

Engagement Session {$250} - Engagement Portraits are taken before your wedding day. Images from this session can be used for announcements, invitations, save the date and thank you cards.  This session is a great opportunity to work with your photographer before your wedding day.  Includes a 2 hour session at the location of your choice (*within the Baton Rouge metro area), makeup application by a professional makeup artist, up to 3 outfit changes and a 14-day password protected online gallery (approximately 20-25 images)

Bridal Session {$250} - Bridal Portraits are taken before the wedding and serves as a way to save time on your big day. Not only is this session a great opportunity to work with your photographer before your wedding day, but it also lets you spend more time with your guests during your celebration.  Includes a 2 hour session at the location of your choice (*within the Baton Rouge metro area), makeup application by a professional makeup artist, up to 3 outfit changes and a 14-day password protected online gallery (approximately 20-25 images)                                               

 

Arrive on time for your appointment to help ensure that everything runs smoothly because your session will begin promptly at it's scheduled time.  A late fee of $50 for every 15 minutes beyond your appointment time {up to 45 minutes} will be applied and is due before the session begins.  After 45 minutes, you will need to reschedule your session.

SESSION FEES

  • Your Session Fee covers the time and talent of the photographer and staff.  Prints and products sold separately
  • The session fee covers up to 4 subjects  {Please add $15 per additional subject}
  • Some locations may charge their own fee for conducting sessions on their grounds; these fees are the responsibility of the client {you}
  • *For sessions more than 20 miles outside of the Baton Rouge metro area, there is a travel fee of $1 per mile (each way) over the covered 20 miles
